By using any of these sites or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Business Overview

Riqueza Business Ventures™ LLC is a California-registered limited liability company based in Menlo Park, CA. We provide:

- Mobile notary, apostille, and signing services;

- Digital marketing and user-generated content creation;

- Business consulting, automation, and website design.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts under California law to use our services or make purchases through our websites.

3. Use of Our Websites

You agree to use our websites only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use or enjoyment. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

4. Appointments, Services & Deposits

Scheduling a notary, consulting, or marketing appointment constitutes an agreement to our pricing and policies. Deposits are required for most bookings and must be paid before the appointment is confirmed.

Travel fees, waiting times, and additional signatures or services may incur extra charges, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made to Riqueza Business Ventures™ LLC are non-refundable once an appointment or project has been confirmed.
This includes deposits, travel fees, and notary or consulting service charges.

* Same-Day Cancellations: A $50 cancellation fee applies for cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment.

* Pre-Scheduled Appointments: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are subject to a 50 % service fee.

* Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule within 24 hours will be accommodated based on availability and may include a travel adjustment fee.

* Digital Products: Because of the instant-access nature of downloads, templates, and toolkits, all digital sales are final.

If RBV is unable to complete a service for reasons beyond its control (such as traffic, emergencies, or document issues), a refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.

6. Inability to Complete Notarization

If a notarization cannot be completed due to factors beyond the notary’s control—including but not limited to missing or invalid identification, incomplete documents, unwilling signers, or client tardiness—the full appointment fee and travel charge remain due.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

- Providing valid, unexpired government-issued identification;

- Ensuring all signers and witnesses are present (if required);

- Reviewing your documents for completeness before the appointment.

8. Digital Products & Online Courses

All digital content, including templates, PDFs, videos, and courses offered by RBV or its brands, are for personal or business use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed without written consent.

Unauthorized distribution or resale may result in termination of access and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, written materials, and digital assets are the exclusive property of Riqueza Business Ventures™ LLC and its registered brands.
Reproduction or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services and improve your experience.
We never sell your personal information. For details, please review our Privacy Policy (to be linked once published).

11. Limitation of Liability

RBV and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of San Mateo County, CA.

We may update these Terms periodically. Revisions will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of our websites or services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
